Responsibilities

• Verify purchase orders and Bills of Lading accuracy.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity standards.
• Construct pallets per paperwork specifications.
• Set up dimensions and pallet configuration; notify if missing pick slots.
• Instruct lumper service for safe pallet building.
• Apply decals and secure pallets with shrink-wrap or tape.
• Process paperwork; ensure signatures and reconciliations.
• Notify Slot Clerk of paperwork discrepancies.
• Inform management of issues delaying merchandise processing.
• Complete PIT safety and equipment checks; report defects.
• Operate PIT equipment safely.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work area.
• Follow company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
