Job summary

BD is a global medical technology company focused on improving health by enabling efficient warehouse operations. This role supports inbound loads, coordinates with suppliers, and uses ERP systems such as JDE and SAP to keep shipments moving.

You will work Mon-Fri 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM at the USA GA Covington facility, perform data entry, verify paperwork, and help maintain safe, accurate inventory. A high school diploma and 2-3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with inbound warehouse operations is preferred
• Ability to operate ERP and WMS systems and perform accurate data entry

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules for inbound live loads by coordinating with suppliers
• Operate within ERP systems (JDE & SAP) and WMS Körber
• Communicate with Welcome Center to align door assignments for receiving loads
• Check in containers per established parameters
• Control inbound flows and ensure safety/quality standards
• Record yard/door assignments and guide drivers to correct locations
• Verify paperwork accuracy and completeness; report discrepancies
