Job summary

BD is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to support inbound shipments at the Covington facility. You will coordinate schedules, verify documents, and operate ERP systems and the Körber WMS to ensure timely, accurate receiving of loads.

The role requires basic math, data entry, and strong organizational and communication skills. A high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related experience are expected. On-site, daytime schedule with safety-focused duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of relative experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules for inbound live loads with suppliers.
• Operate within ERP systems (JDE & SAP) and WMS Körber.
• Communicate with Welcome Center to align door assignments.
• Check in containers per established parameters.
• Control inbound flows and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Record door/yard assignments in yard management system.
• Assist in tracking and reporting data for receipt/dispatch.
• Report inventory discrepancies to Inventory Control for investigation.
• Engage quality when loads have potential damages or issues.
• Act as back-up for other warehouse positions when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
