Job summary

Park Core Group in Milwaukee seeks a professional, customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to assist customers with parking service inquiries and to support operational coordination. You will handle inbound calls, provide information on procedures and locations, document requests, route issues to the right teams, and maintain accurate records while delivering courteous service.

Experience in a call center is a plus, and candidates with a positive attitude and strong communication

Qualifications
