Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking an Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates. You will coordinate workflows, monitor performance, and collaborate with Supervisors to meet targets in a fast-paced inbound environment.

You will be responsible for RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems, overseeing tasks, and driving improvements while ensuring safety and accuracy in all processes. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced distribution/warehouse environment.
• Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus; safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound operations and coordinate workflows with Supervisors.
• Assign and monitor tasks for warehouse associates; track transactions.
• Ensure daily targets are met; monitor performance and communicate risks.
• Prepare recovery plans for at-risk targets with supervision.
• Communicate exceptions (e.g., inbound damage, missing parts) to the account team.
• Follow up on issues and drive daily efficiency improvements.
• Monitor consumables inventory and create SAP requisitions as needed.
• Oversee personnel in a professional manner.
• Investigate and repair exceptions (over/under/missing/damages).
• Assign cycle counts as needed; be flexible with shift hours.
