Job summary

American Financing is hiring for a customer care role serving as the first point of contact for a high-volume call center in Aurora, CO. You will respond to inquiries, guide customers through loan updates, and qualify leads for mortgage consultants.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer support, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while meeting quotas. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; on-site work with full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or call center roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, accounting questions, and loan updates.
• Generate sales leads for mortgage consultants and assist with lead conversion.
• Support mortgage consultants by collecting and organizing customer documents.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure superior satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments for closings and files at various stages of the mortgage process.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open communication via phone, email, and text.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
