Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory control in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
• Proficient with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments by receiving, inspecting, and documenting deliveries per procedures.
• Verify materials against POs, packing slips, and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with procurement, quality, and production on missing or damaged items.
• Ensure proper labeling and safe storage or delivery to production areas or warehouses.
• Maintain accurate records of received materials in ERP/WMS systems.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
