Job summary

Avon Technologies plc is seeking a Receiving Coordinator in Cleveland, OH to ensure accurate, timely receipt of inbound materials and proper labeling. You will verify against purchase orders, record in IFS, and route through quality inspections to support production.

The role requires 1–2 years in receiving/warehousing, ERP experience (IFS preferred), and strong attention to detail with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred); Tulip experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify materials, quantities, and condition against purchase orders.
• Record receipts in IFS on the same day materials are received.
• Generate and apply Team Wendy and Tulip labels as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and records.
• Route materials through required quality inspections and verify CoC/CoA.
• Ensure materials are not released until all requirements are met.
• Communicate discrepancies with Purchasing and Production; coordinate inbound freight.
• Follow documented work instructions and support audits, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
