Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Whitestown, IN is seeking an Inbound Coordinator to ensure smooth flow of inbound materials in our Indianapolis Distribution Center. You will partner with on-site 3PLs, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve PO discrepancies, track performance, and drive process improvements.

The role requires collaboration, data analysis, and strong customer service, with typical weekday hours 5 PM–1 AM. On-site work with potential weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of purchasing and purchase order processes in warehousing/distribution.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site 3PL and Rockwell teams to resolve PO issues.
• Track metrics and lead process-improvement efforts.
• Daily communication with suppliers to obtain resolutions for material dispositions and PO issues.
• Collaborate with Rockwell functions and 3PL to escrow issues.
• Coordinate with global DCs and plants to improve performance.
• Assist on the floor or cross-functionally as needed.
• Support off-hours or weekends as business requires.
