Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Product Manager for North America Inbound Logistics within Enterprise Technology. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver logistics applications, define roadmaps, and drive modern, intelligent material movement across North American plants.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure secure, scalable data exchanges, implement AMRs, and optimize dock and yard operations with measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in software management, supply chain, materials management, or logistics within automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated leadership managing vendor support teams in a plant or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT) principles, and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product roadmap for North America Inbound Logistics technology.
• Define target-state architectures to modernize legacy logistics apps.
• Pilot deployment and scaling of AMRs and AI to drive intelligent material movement.
• Own backlog, write epics and acceptance criteria, lead sprints and reviews.
• Manage end-to-end product rollout plans across NA manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with vendors, SI partners, and equipment vendors; monitor SLAs and platform releases.
• Engage with plant floor operations to ensure adoption of digital tools.
