Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI, seeks a Product Manager for North America Inbound Logistics to shape the digital backbone of our supply chain. You will own roadmaps, define target architectures, and drive modern, integrated logistics platforms across plant, vendor, and enterprise systems.

You will lead agile delivery for YMS/TMS/EWM, ensure secure data exchanges, and partner with MP&L, carriers, and global tech teams to deliver resilient IT solutions and measurable logistics

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics IT programs and coordinating across plant and enterprise systems.
• Strong background in supply chain technology and process improvement.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps and orchestrate platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year North America Inbound Logistics technology roadmap aligned with plant priorities and enterprise goals.
• Own YMS, Inbound Logistics Service Layer, Premium Portal, DETC, and TMS, with data-flow and integration design.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through Agile/Scrum with clear epics and acceptance criteria.
• Manage vendor governance, SLAs, platform upgrades, and technical debt reduction.
