Job summary

SANMINA-SCI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an Inbound Expeditor & Logistics Coordinator to manage and accelerate inbound flows from international suppliers to our production plant. You will track shipments, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate with internal buyers and receiving teams to ensure timely material availability.

Responsibilities include expediting international orders, handling customs documents, working with our Global Logistics Group and freight forwarders, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in supply chain, expediting, or inbound logistics in manufacturing.
• Familiar with INCOTERMS, customs steps, and HS code basics.
• Proven ability to follow up with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP and strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Proactively track international orders from dispatch to final plant delivery with daily visibility on milestones.
• Coordinate inbound logistics with internal buyers to meet manufacturing deadlines.
• Monitor import documents for proper classification, tariffs, and clearance.
• Collaborate with Global Logistics Group and customs brokers to resolve issues.
• Align receiving schedules to optimize dock capacity and assist with occasional outbound shipments.
