Performance Food Group in Englewood, CO is seeking an in-person Logistics Assistant to support the Logistics Manager in daily inbound freight operations. You will help control inbound freight costs and ensure timely, accurate carrier settlements while solving routine freight issues.

The role requires a high school diploma and 6–12 months of logistics/transport admin experience; preferred familiarity with foodservice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 6–12 months logistics/transport admin experience preferred.
• Experience in freight or carrier coordination is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Logistics Manager in inbound logistics daily operations.
• Help negotiate lowest freight costs while maintaining service levels.
• Verify loads delivered on time and audit carrier invoices.
• Coordinate with Accounting on vendor charge-backs and revenue reporting.
• Prepare period-end revenue reports.
