Independence Home Loans seeks a motivated Loan Officer to engage warm leads, assess borrower needs, and guide clients from first call to closing. You will build a dynamic pipeline and collaborate with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams to keep deals moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mortgage lending, a finance-related Bachelor’s, and a proven track record of exceeding goals. This role offers W2 employment with full benefits, and an aggressive commission plan.

Qualifications

2+ years in mortgage lending or loan origination.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals.
Deep knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance.
High-energy communicator with a client-first mindset.
Obsessed with follow-up, precision, and speed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
Licensed and ready to roll (or willing and able to get licensed fast).

Responsibilities
