Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday with pay $21.00–$27.00 per hour; requires 1+ year in inside sales or related fields; CRM experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales, intake, or customer service experience.
• Experience in professional services is a plus.
• Able to follow a script/playbook and personalize conversations.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound calls from prospective clients with empathy and urgency.
• Qualify leads through discovery questions and match needs to services.
• Schedule consultations and set clear expectations for next steps.
• Limit outbound calls to returning missed calls and follow-ups.
• Capture notes accurately and keep CRM updated in real time.
• Collaborate with sales/ops for smooth handoffs and great client experience.
• Meet/exceed goals for response time, appointment rate, and documentation.
