Confie in Torrance, CA is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and grow earnings with additional products such as homeowners and health insurance.

You will work with a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, backed by comprehensive paid training, licensing, and ongoing mentorship. The role offers an attractive commission plan, a strong benefits package, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain.
