Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in California to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will build lasting relationships, qualify needs, and grow earnings through a mix of base pay, commissions, and incentives.

You will work with inbound leads and walk-in traffic, receive comprehensive training, and be supported to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license. A HS diploma and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred, support for obtaining one.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.

Responsibilities
