Job summary

Confie is hiring Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals, while expanding by building relationships with clients.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, paid training, licensing support, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 401K. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience is required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned documentation in the agency system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on which products best fit their needs.
