Job summary

Insight Global is seeking two Hiring Associates to start in June, July, August, and October 2026. As an Inbound Sales Representative / Hiring Associate, you will learn staffing fundamentals, review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and help prepare candidates for hiring manager meetings, ultimately negotiating offers.

You will train in The IG Way, develop sales and recruiting skills, and progress from Hiring Associate to Hiring Partner through an accelerated program and real client exposure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Charisma, drive, and grit to succeed in a sales-oriented role.
• Previous experience in sales or recruiting is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes from internal database and online job boards.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to learn and grow in the role.
