Job summary

PITT OHIO in Marcy, NY is seeking a Full Time Dockworker-Inbound to join our safety‑driven team. You will load/unload freight, assist with moving goods, and follow DOT guidelines while working a Tue–Sat schedule starting at 12 AM.

Qualifications

• Must pass a non-DOT physical examination.
• Pre-employment drug screen with negative result.
• Ability to read and write English and perform simple math.
• Ten-year work history check with explanations for gaps.
• At-will employee status as per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight by hand or with hand trucks or dolly according to DOT requirements.
• Sort and secure items on trucks or on dock to prevent damage.
• Use common material handling tools: carts, dollies, pallet jacks, tow motors.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, twist, carry, bend, reach, and lift as required.
• Work safely and in compliance with regulations; process daily paperwork.
