Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
• Use document management systems to track freight locations across the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers to coordinate operations.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate with a customer-service mindset and professionalism.
