A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Northborough, MA is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker to safely load and unload freight, verify documentation, and support warehouse operations. The role requires forklift experience and reliability for early morning shifts.

The position offers a $25.00 hourly rate with a $0.70 differential, increasing to $29.70 after 12 months, plus weekly pay, PTO, holidays, and robust benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Sort, stage, and secure freight inside trailers.
• Track shipments using document management systems.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including possible day, night, weekends or holidays.
• Provide customer service oriented support.
