A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker in York, PA to safely move freight on and off trailers and verify documentation. Prior forklift experience is preferred, with opportunities for weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use document management systems to track freight locations throughout the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day, night, weekends and holidays.
• Operate with a customer-service mindset.
