Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. seeks a full-time Inbound Dockworker to join our Pittsfield, ME team. This role loads and unloads freight, confirms documentation, and safely operates forklift-related equipment. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

We offer a competitive pay package with $22.80 per hour plus $0.70 shift differential, increasing to $28.35 after 12 months. Weekly pay, paid time off, holidays, and comprehensive health benefits accompany future growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
• Utilizing document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service first mentality.
