Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeastern’s Management Training Program.
• Experience in managing loading/unloading processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and coordinate activities of dock associates.
• Ensure timely routing of shipments and handling of customer requests.
• Maintain standards for integrity of P&D loads and implement process improvements.
• Plan layout of warehouse and assign duties to ensure workflow efficiency.
