Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking an Inbound Dock Supervisor in Waco, TX. You will oversee dock operations, supervise dock associates, and coordinate routing, loading, and unloading of freight to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes maintaining loss prevention, adherence to policies, and ensuring timely inbound close-outs. A High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of dock/leadership experience or completion of the Management Training Program is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates.
• Plan layout of warehouse and storage areas.
• Determine work procedures and schedules; expedites workflow.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of dock/leadership experience or completion of Southeastern’s Management Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routing of shipments and loading/unloading of freight.
• Ensure inbound close-out is timely and accurate for P&D.
• Maintain loss prevention practices within the Service Center.
• Ensure integrity of P&D loads originating at the Service Center.
