Job summary

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is expanding its sales team and seeks enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representatives to convert inbound leads into in-office consultations. The role emphasizes warmth, empathy, and patient-focused guidance to help patients make life-changing decisions while earning a top-tier income.

The role offers base salary plus commission, with strong earning potential from $50k to $200k per year depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Direct B2C sales experience preferred (door-to-door, phone, or in-person).
• Basic tech literacy required; CRM experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High confidence in self and in Nuvia's services.
• Self-starter who can work independently with integrity.
• 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri with potential Saturdays.
• In-office or remote work options from 8am–5pm across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Live company core values in every interaction.
• Schedule and confirm free in-office consultations for prospective patients.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads with timely follow-up.
• Use persuasive communication to motivate patients along their dental health journey.
• Multitask and stay organized across scheduling, lead tracking and follow-ups.
• Be self-motivated to meet scheduling goals and productivity metrics.
• Maintain a patient-centric approach with clear, empathetic communication.
