Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Long Island City, NY is hiring Implant Sales Reps to help patients move forward with life-changing dental implant treatment.

You will build trust with prospective patients, manage a CRM, attend weekly training, and drive sales in a fast-growing practice with a base salary of $50k and uncapped commission potential. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a clear path to higher earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and meeting KPI’s.
• CRM systems experience preferred.
• B2C sales experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Empathy and ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust and following up.
• Collect payment from patients.
• Maintain an organized CRM and manage queues.
• Suggest improvements to current processes.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
• Hours Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; extra hours possible to close sales; no cap on commissions.
