Job summary

Border States Industries, Inc. in Williston, ND is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, receive freight, inspect for damages, and route material to stock locations. You will fill orders and notify departments of stock discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience preferred in warehouse settings.
• Forklift operation knowledge preferred.
• If the employee will be driving, candidate must be at least 21 and possess a valid driver’s license.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight and check the material for damages or shortages.
• Distribute material to the proper stock locations.
• Fill special orders and/or backorders as material is received.
• Follows-up with departments, carriers, and/or vendors on discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
• Checks and packs material to be delivered.
• Coordinate deliveries with our own trucks or other carriers when needed.
