Loloi Rugs is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for our inbound team, based full-time in Dallas, TX. The role requires excellent customer service, multitasking, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

The position is on-site at our Farmers Branch headquarters. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to navigate our proprietary software to assist customers and sales representatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures.
• Always remain professional and courteous with customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls.
• Maintain company standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat purchasing.
• Provide website login and order information to customers and sales representatives.
• Navigate proprietary software to process orders.
• Analyze back-order reports and process payments.
• Complete new account setups using our software.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Issue returns and process credits to resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and communicate reports to customers or representatives.
• Attend departmental meetings and coordinate with internal departments.
• Provide customers/reps with accurate shipping quotes and services.
