Job summary

TEKsystems in Tempe, AZ is hiring an inbound healthcare customer service representative to handle calls, provide information on prior authorization, and support patients with sensitive data. This 100% on-site role requires strong attention to detail and reliable communication across multiple systems.

Contract-to-hire with an 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday availability between 5 AM and 10 PM; pay is $21 per hour, with overtime at $31.50.

• 1+ year of Customer Service in Call Center or Office Setting.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
