By providing paid, comprehensive system, product, and soft-skills training, customer contact agents are fully prepared to serve customers.

Job Description

Pay: $11.00 or $12.25/hr (Plus incentives for some groups) DOE and department hired for

Schedules: 30 - 40 hour per week schedules and are set schedules with extra hours available. Most positions include one weekend day. Hours between 6am and 9pm -Typically starting after 10am

Training: Full-time, Monday through Friday for 5-6 weeks
