The work shift will be: 4x10, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (CST), with Tuesdays and weekends off.

How You'll Create Possibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will support GE Appliances Owners with a focus on sales and service. Responsibilities include providing product information, registration support, and handling inquiries related to service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations. Concierge agents resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, referrals, and minor concessions. Limited support may be provided to Non-GE branded appliance owners.

  • Shift: 4x10, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (CST), with Tuesdays and weekends off.
  • Base rate of $15.00/hour + incentives based on quality scores, paid weekly.
  • 9-week full-time training: same schedule as post-training, mandatory attendance with no absences allowed.
  • Post-training schedule: same as above, with the possibility of shift bid twice a year to change schedules within business hours (7 AM - 7 PM CST).

After training, you will use multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to:

  • Drive owner-focused solutions via incoming calls, emails, chats, or written inquiries, providing answers related to product info, service, parts, and sales.
  • Follow established guidelines, and when needed, implement concessions in the best interest of owners and GE Appliances.
  • Create, update, and retrieve owner records, logging complaints, actions, and resolutions.
  • Provide feedback to Quality and Training teams to improve processes and materials.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Support other business areas as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • At least one year of relevant customer service or sales experience.

  • Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions on escalated issues.
  • High concentration and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional interactions and promote brand loyalty.
  • Integrity and willingness to seek leadership guidance when needed.
  • Familiarity with web-based systems and ability to navigate multiple screens.
  • Ability to work effectively from home.
  • Computer skills including MS Office and internal systems navigation.

Remote Work Environment Requirements

  • Dedicated quiet and spacious work area for equipment.
  • Reliable internet with Ethernet connection; no satellite, pre-paid, or DSL due to security.

Internet Speed Requirements:

  • Ping: 50 Mbps or lower
  • Download: 50 Mbps or higher
  • Upload: 15 Mbps or higher
