The work shift will be: 4x10 (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (CST), with Tuesdays and weekends off.

How You'll Create Possibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will provide direct support to GE Appliances Owners with a focus on sales and service. Responsibilities include providing product information, registration support, as well as service, parts, delivery, and dealer inquiries. Concierge agents will resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals, and minor concessions. Limited support to Non-GE Appliance owners is also included.

  • Shift: 4x10 (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (CST).
  • Base rate of $15.00/hour + incentives based on quality scores, paid weekly.
  • 9-week full-time training: same schedule as post-training, commitment to all training days is mandatory.
  • Post-training schedule: same as training schedule.
  • Participation in a shift bid twice a year to change schedules within business hours of 7am-7pm CST.

After training, you will use multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to:

  • Drive owner-focused solutions, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues via calls, emails, chats, or written inquiries.
  • Follow guidelines and collaborate to implement concessions in the best interest of owners and GE Appliances.
  • Create, update, and retrieve owner records, documenting complaints, actions, and resolutions.
  • Provide feedback to Quality and Training teams to improve processes.
  • Adhere to safety policies and support other business areas as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • At least one year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with strong process knowledge and follow-through.
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions on escalated owner issues.
  • High attention to detail and concentration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Professional interactions that promote brand loyalty.
  • Integrity and ability to seek leadership guidance when needed.
  • Familiarity with web-based systems and navigating multiple applications.
  • Ability to work effectively from home.
  • Computer skills including MS Office Suite and multi-system navigation.

Requirements For Remote Work Environment

  • Dedicated, quiet, and spacious work area for equipment.
  • Reliable internet with Ethernet connection (no satellite, prepaid, or DSL).
  • Internet speed: Ping 50 Mbps or lower, download 50 Mbps or higher, upload 15 Mbps or higher.
