Inbound Contacts Representative - Remote

Join us as an Inbound Contacts Representative - Remote at Conviva Senior Primary Care.

This role involves addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries, performing varied activities, and handling moderately complex administrative, operational, or customer support tasks. The position typically involves semi-routine assignments and computations.

This is a Work from Home Position.

Essential Functions
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of requests, such as scheduling appointments, taking messages, and transferring calls.
  • Resolve patient issues through independent problem solving with a focus on first-call resolution.
Qualifications
Required
  • Strong customer service skills, with excellent written and oral communication.
  • Active listening skills and high empathy.
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful with upset patients.
  • Patient-centric mindset and a high sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • At least one year of experience in an inbound customer service call center.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems like E-Clinical Works, Epic, Athena Health, or NextGen.
  • Experience with virtual contact center solutions such as 8x8, Genesys, Ring Central, or Five/9.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Additional Details

Pay range is $39,000 to $49,400 annually, based on skills and experience. The position offers 40 hours per week, with benefits including health coverage from day one, paid time off, 401(k), tuition assistance, and more.
