Inbound Contacts Representative - Remote

Join us as an Inbound Contacts Representative - Remote at Conviva Senior Primary Care.

Base pay range

$39,000.00/yr - $49,400.00/yr

Role Overview

The Inbound Contacts Representative handles incoming inquiries via phone, digital, or written communication. Responsibilities include administrative and customer support activities, performing computations, and managing semi-routine tasks.

Essential Functions
  • Process requests accurately and promptly, including scheduling, messaging, and transferring calls.
  • Resolve patient issues independently with a focus on first-call resolution.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication, both written and oral.
  • Active listening and high empathy.
  • Ability to stay calm and helpful with upset patients.
  • Patient-centric mindset with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency with help desk software, Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an inbound customer service call center.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems like E-Clinical Works, Epic, AthenaHealth, or NextGen.
  • Experience with virtual contact center solutions such as 8x8, Genesys, RingCentral, Five9.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
