Inbound Contacts Representative - Remote

This role involves handling incoming inquiries via phone, digital channels, or written communication, performing administrative and customer support tasks, and working on semi-routine assignments. Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with electronic medical records are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process requests accurately and promptly, including scheduling, message taking, and call transfers.
• Resolve patient issues independently, aiming for first-call resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, with empathy and active listening.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle upset patients professionally.
