Job description

Inbound Contacts Representative - Remote

Apply now to join CenterWell as an Inbound Contacts Representative, a remote position dedicated to providing exceptional patient support. This role involves handling incoming inquiries via phone, digital channels, or written communication, performing administrative and customer support tasks, and working on semi-routine assignments. Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with electronic medical records are preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Process requests accurately and promptly, including scheduling, message taking, and call transfers.
  • Resolve patient issues independently, aiming for first-call resolution.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, with empathy and active listening.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle upset patients professionally.
  • Knowledge of help desk software, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a healthcare call center and familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
