Qualifications

• 4 years' site/area management experience in a fast paced warehouse/high volume production or grocery fulfillment environment.
• Experience completing job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• For facilities with ammunition, state-specific Certification of Eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates; hire training and mentoring; set expectations and provide recognition.
• Lead and develop teams; coach and communicate company direction and objectives.
• Ensure high quality customer service and community engagement; address needs and issues.
• Monitor and manage budget, forecasting, and expense control within the store area to meet sales goals.
• Oversee inventory/operational processes; ensure automation equipment runs and address faults.
• Coordinate with Micro Fulfillment Center techs and vendor support for incidents and escalations.
