Arvato, a leading 3PL provider, seeks an Outbound Shipping Clerk for a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves preparing orders and related paperwork, coordinating with carriers, and working with cross-functional teams across logistics and operations.

You will use a warehouse management system and may operate equipment when certified. The position requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of SAP or WMS experience, plus English proficiency and strong Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations and using equipment like forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and related paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and coordinate with supervisor/lead; liaise with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if certified by Arvato.

Job Description

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge warehouse equipment and collaborate with various teams across the organization.

B Shift Wednesday - Friday 6:00am - 6:30pm and every other Saturday 6:00am - 2:30pm YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
