Responsibilities

• Learn and grow within the company; meet KPIs.
• Work 5pm – 6pm shifts in rotation with upper-level sales staff.
• Transfer calls to a tech or parts dept based on customer needs.
• Follow the HHP system and report problems to management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
