Job summary

Sacramento Credit Union in downtown Sacramento seeks a Contact Center Representative I/II to deliver excellent member service via inbound calls. You will cross-sell products, assist with loans, secure messages, and digital inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of credit union products and strong communication skills, with a schedule that includes every other Saturday and a 37/40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• One year of inbound customer service experience in a contact center.
• Banking/credit union exposure is preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell products to enhance member relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members via inbound calls to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Process loans, online banking, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate member information and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Follow security, compliance, and policy guidelines in all activities.
