Job summary

Confie and its family of companies—Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others—are seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers in Addison, TX. You will handle a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with training and licensing provided.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, unlimited commissions, ongoing mentorship, a 401(k) with company match, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, gym

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production targets.
• Accurately process currency transactions and ensure timely deposits with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
