The role offers pay of $12-$18 per hour plus unlimited/uncapped commission, sign-on bonus up to $1,000, comprehensive training, benefits, 401K, and growth opportunities. Licensing is not strictly required but preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Property and Casualty license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new insurance business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet targets.
• Accurately process currency transactions and deposits with proper documentation.
• Educate customers on products that best fit their needs.
