Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an Insurance Agent- Sales, Customer Service to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers with a high-volume inbound lead flow and walk-in traffic.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, a pay range of $12–$18 per hour plus unlimited uncapped commission, comprehensive paid training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401K with company match, and gym discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work with inbound leads and walk-in customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and deposits with documentation.
