Confie, one of the nation’s largest privately held insurance brokers, is seeking an Insurance Agent in Stockton, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers from a busy office location.

You will expand offerings to homeowners and health insurance where applicable, build lasting relationships, and earn commissions through a high-volume inbound lead flow and walk-in traffic. Confie offers robust training, licensing support, and a strong career growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensing: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred; we will support you in obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Build Relationships: Proactively connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand business opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Quickly establish rapport with clients and provide expert guidance to help them choose the insurance product that best fits their needs.
