Confie Insurance Agency in Stockton, CA is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will build lasting relationships and grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance when applicable.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, and a steady stream of inbound leads and walk-in traffic. Training and licensing support are provided, with a path for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred, but not required – company support to obtain one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and expand by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and deposits in the agency management system.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help clients choose suitable insurance products.
