Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Call Center/Automotive BDC Representative at Napleton’s Midwest BDC Call Center in Merrillville, IN. You will handle internet inquiries and phone leads (NO COLD CALLS) to generate appointments for the dealership sales teams.

We offer a guaranteed $750 per week for the first 30 days (based on 40 hours at $18.75/hr) and the opportunity to earn $35,000–$70,000 per year through hourly pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Handle incoming calls and emails with professional civility and efficiency.
• Communicate persuasively to set appointments and follow up with customers.
• Utilize computer systems to manage inquiries and scheduling.
• Be willing to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer internet inquiries via email, phone, and text.
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
• Contact customers about current marketing incentives.
• Follow up to generate leads and close sales.
• Explain product performance and benefits to prospects.
