Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in science or equivalent experience with animal work.
• 1 year direct laboratory animal work experience or 4 years with an associate degree.
• Ability to follow detailed protocols and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer doses to rats and mice via multiple routes.
• Collect data: weighing, observations, health assessments, and monitoring.
• Perform blood collections and sample processing for plasma/serum.
• Conduct behavioral testing and assist in compound formulation.
• Support rodent surgeries and maintain clean, stocked lab space.
• Record study data in Windows-based software; use lab equipment as needed.
