Job summary

Cloverleaf Bio is seeking an experienced in vivo Scientist in Boston to help create a novel family of RNA therapeutics. You will design and execute mouse studies, collaborate with the founding team, and guide pharmacology and toxicity work to advance development.

The role requires hands-on mouse work, data analysis, and ability to coordinate CRO studies in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• PhD required in cancer biology, molecular biology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with mouse models of disease (oncology preferred).
• Ability to independently plan and execute in vivo studies and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in-house animal experiments in mice.
• Coordinate toxicity, pharmacology, and efficacy studies at CROs.
• Perform in vitro experiments to characterize mechanism and potency.
• Provide in vivo pharmacology/expertise to accelerate tRNA therapeutics development.
