Ford's Core Experience team in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Product Designer to shape the next generation of in-vehicle digital experiences. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and research to translate concepts into intuitive interfaces that balance hardware and software with user needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Digital Product Design or related field.
• 3+ years in relevant product design roles.
• 2+ years working across design, engineering and product teams.
• Strength in systems thinking and mapping end-to-end journeys.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• High proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Deliver cohesive UX/visual/content design within constraints.
• Ability to work within existing design systems and requirements.

Responsabilidades
